Refunds, Cancellations & Return Policies on Services and Products
We are delighted that we could assist you with your travel needs. Our policies provide you with important information and guidelines regarding any purchases or services you made or used through us.
Pre-made itineraries
Due to the digital nature of our products – itineraries, geotags and guides, once purchased, cannot be refunded.
In the ordinary course of use, if a PDF itinerary becomes corrupted or requires replacement, you can access it through the email notification you received upon placing your order. Or contact us via email with your Order ID. The company will decide to provide a new itinerary on a case-by-case basis.
Bespoke Itinerary Curator
Due to the customised nature of this product, cancellations and refunds are not available. However, the company can amend the itinerary once if you are not satisfied with some parts, after which you will be charged for additional changes.
You will be informed if I cannot assist with your requested destination before payment.
Travel Wardrobe styling
If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time for a full refund. After that, only a 75% refund will be given. In the event of a no-show at the scheduled appointment, there will be no refund.
