Taking care of some of the research simplifies the process for you, so you can continue to rather daydream about your holiday and not stress or get overwhelmed by the planning. We are not travel agents, but we fill in the gaps for avid travellers.
We specialise in immersive travel and help you discover hidden gems, boutique hotels, and local communities. I use my years of travel knowledge to assist you in curating a flexible travel itinerary based on your needs and interests.

The consulting process includes the following:
- After you filled in the form, we will go through your answers and be in contact to set up a meeting.
- The meeting will be a 15-20 minutes brainstorming session via zoom with you (email with memo) or email chain if preferred.
- We will then research the destination/area and activities.
- A bespoke document will be compiled with :
- Personalised recommendations based on your interests for hotels, activities and tours.
- Links for various activities and places to use when you book.
- Practical tips.
- Link to Geotags that you can use on your own Google maps of the above mentioned locations.
* We do not make any bookings or arrangements. However, using the links/details we provide, you can select which activity you wish to do and book it at your own pace.Â
How to book?
Our bespoke itinerary services works on a first come first serve basis as space is limited. Fill in the form below and we will be in contact. Payment will only happens after confirmation of service and invoice is sent. Then, only after full payment is received consultation would start. Turn around time is normally in 1-2 weeks depending on the amount of days travelling.
Make sure to book in advance. If the monthly quota has been met you will be placed on a waiting list and informed as soon as a spot opens.
Bookings must be done at least 3-4 weeks in advance as we do travel as well. The earlier the better.
FAQ
No, as we are not a travel agency, we don’t do any bookings or reservations. However, with our bespoke itinerary service we do the research for you and provide you with all the needed info to book your activities, hotels etc. as you please.
No, the geotags are a link that you can use on your Google Maps, both on your phone or computer.
After filling in the form above, we will be in contact to let you know if we can assist. It does work on a first come-first-serve basic as we only take a limited amount of clients per month to insure our best service.
The itinerary is not a fixed tour itinerary, it is suggested activities, hotels and sights. As an example, for each day we will give you a few options of activities to choose from, most within the same area. It is up to you which you plan to book and do and when.

We are delighted that we could assist you with your travel needs. Our policies provide you with important information and guidelines regarding any purchases or services you made or used through us.
Bespoke itinerary Curator
Due to the customised nature of this product, cancellations and refunds are not available. However, the company can amend the itinerary once if you are not satisfied with some parts, after which you will be charged for additional changes.
You will be informed if I cannot assist with your requested destination before payment.
